This document defines the terms and conditions of sale between the company Kobalann, which publishes the website www.vincentmunier.com, and the customer within the framework of a system of remote sale of products (printed documents, multimedia and games) from a digital medium (website).
Any order implies the customer's unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale, which the customer acknowledges having read.
Any stipulation to the contrary or reservation made by the customer at the time of the order is deemed unwritten, except in the case of express acceptance by the company Kobalann, owner of the vincentmunier.com website.

The prices are quoted in euros, including all taxes.
Shipping, packaging and handling costs are not included in this price and must be paid in addition. The prices of the books are established in accordance with the law Lang 81-766 of 10 August 1981. The publisher may modify these prices without prior notice. For products distributed by Kobalann Editions, prices may be modified by the publishers concerned without notice.

In case of an order of the product(s) concerned to a country other than a country of the European Union, the customer is the importer of these products. Customs duties or other taxes may be required by the countries concerned. These duties are not the responsibility of Kobalann Editions and are to be paid by the customer.
All orders are payable in euros (€). The products ordered will be invoiced according to the prices in force at the time the order was registered, subject to the availability of the products ordered. The products remain the property of Kobalann Editions until the order has been paid.

Available products are shipped within 4 to 8 days after receipt of your order. In case of additional delays, Editions Kobalann will inform the customer of the expected date of availability. Orders are delivered by the carrier of your choice.
The invoice corresponding to your order will be available in your online customer account and will be sent to you by email as soon as your payment is validated.

The buyer is responsible for the risks of deterioration linked to transport and must, in the event of damage to the parcel or a missing product, refuse delivery to the postal services. Likewise, Kobalann Editions cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or non-delivery due to loss of the parcel.

These fees are subject to change according to changes in postal rates.

The delivery will be made, during working hours, to the delivery address that you have indicated and validated on the order form. Any return of the order due to an error in entering the address when ordering will be charged to the customer. Upon receipt of the order, it is up to the customer to check the condition of the products and not to accept them if they are damaged. No compensation can be claimed for a delay in delivery or for a damaged print.

The payment of your purchases is made by credit cards Carte Bleue, Visa or MasterCard*.
*Your credit card details are not communicated to vincentmunier.com, and vincentmunier.com does not store your credit card details.

Editions Kobalann cannot be held responsible for the non-execution of the sales contract in case of stock shortage, unavailability of the product, force majeure, disruption or strike, total or partial, in particular of the postal services or the carrier. The parties agree that the present conditions of sale are subject to French law.

If an item does not suit you, you have 14 days after receipt to retract and 14 days to return it to the following address

You may request an exchange or refund. The product must be returned in perfect condition, unsealed and with the corresponding invoice. The costs of returning the product are at your expense. Products returned in good condition will be refunded by Kobalann Editions within 14 days. You can also opt for a credit note on your next purchases rather than a refund.

KOBALANN Editions is registered with the CNIL under the number 1447849. The private information you provide us with via your order form is not used beyond the strict framework of our customer file. In application of article 1148 of the French Civil Code, Kobalann cannot be held responsible for the execution of the order, if any delay or failure is the result of force majeure.
